When: Friday nights and planning meetings
What: assist in running the night and oversee one of the involved areas, including running a connect group

Welcoming/Registrations
Greet people and parents as they enter and ensure they sign in/out
Food Stall
Set up and pack up food stall
Sell food at the start of the night
Sound Operator
Set up and pack up all auditorium sounds equipment
Provide sound checks for music team and sounds control during music set
Run sound for all auditorium speaking
Visuals Operator
Set up and pack up visual equipment
Control words during music set
Manage all other visuals during the night (DVD's, message, announcements)
Lighting Operator
Set up and pack up all lighting equipment
Manage lighting during auditorium part of night
Camera Operator
Set up and pack up camera equipment
Run camera during combined part of the night
Photographer
Take photos of the night
Upload photos to server at end of night
Worship Team
Play in youth band on Friday nights
Be available for practices once a week (during term)
Dance
Dances on Friday nights
Be available for practices
Drama
Dances on Friday nights
Be available for practices
Security
Control all building entry and exit points
Protect youth room equipment
Setup/Pack up
Set up and pack up The Shack
Switch on gaming machines, pool table, air hockey etc.
Get skate ramps in place
Set up screens in auditorium
Turn on sound equipment in the Shack and 7-12 Zone - have wireless mic ready
